Timing and Overview:

All eyes should be on the remnants of Hurricane Delta which are forecast to come north and northeast into Central and Northeast Louisiana late tonight through the first half of Saturday.  Torrential rainfall and damaging wind gusts will likely accompany this storm in and close to where the Flash Flood Watch and Tropical Storm Warnings are in effect.

Four State Impacts:

Impacts:  Flooding of low lying and poor drainage areas will be likely later today but especially overnight through the first half of Saturday across portions of Central and Northeast Louisiana as well as South Central Arkansas.

In addition to the flood threat, damaging wind gusts will likely accompany the remnants of Delta, some of which will likely down trees and powerlines across portions of West Central and East Central Louisiana as well as Northeast Louisiana tonight through the first half of Saturday.
