Gov. John Bel Edwards announced he has signed the following bills into law from the 2020 Second Extraordinary Legislative Session:
ACT 1—SB 14 Expands the Louisiana New Markets Jobs Act tax credit to certain recovery zones.
ACT 2—SB 17 Provides relative to the Louisiana Professional Engineering and Land Surveying Board.
ACT 3—SB 33 Provides for revisions to the Business Corporation Act relative to virtual shareholder meetings and mergers.
