Robert Owsley will be City Judge, earning 53% of the vote, or 4,885, over opponent Carmella Parker, who had 47%, or 4,403.
Justice of the Peace, Ward 4 is Alisha Salard, with 54%, or 1,076 votes over Rhonda Sanders who had 46%, or 932 votes.
Monty Trichel is Constable/Justice of the Peace for Ward 2. He had 68%, or 1,310 votes over Lynn “Hoppy” Layfield’s 32%, or 615 votes.
The only runoff in the parish is between Bobby Carter and Michael Salard for the Ward 4 Constable/Justice of the Peace seat. No candidate eared the 51% needed to be declared winner.
