There were only 541 early voters for the Dec. 5 run-off election according to the report issued by Registrar of Voters Kathrin Holden.
On the ballot will be the runoff for constable or Justice of the Peace Ward 4; runoff for member of Republican State Central Committee Division C in 31 Senatorial District; for and a constitutional amendment that will allow out-of-state resident to serve as an at-large member of a public postsecondary education board of supervisors.
Of the total, 339 were white, 186 were black and 16 were other race. There were 234 males and 307 females who voted early; 314 Democrats, 160 Republicans and 67 Other Party. There were 174 who voted in person and 367 who mailed in ballots.
