Jeffery Daniel Williams, 50, of Grand Saline, Texas, passed away Nov. 27, 2020, surrounded by his loved ones.

Jeff was born in Natchitoches Dec. 9, 1969.

He graduated from Natchitoches Central High School and later earned a degree from Northwestern State University. He went on to own and run his own business, J & E Tax Specialist, and served his customers well. Jeff was a founding member of Gospel Truth Pentecostal Church of Spring, Texas, and faithful member for over 15 years. He was a Godly man with integrity and honesty. Jeff was a simple man and a pure joy to be around. He never complained and never spoke an unkind word of anyone. He always had a song in his heart and told anyone he could about his Savior, and the gift of Salvation. Jeffery touched many lives and will be greatly missed.

Jeff is survived by his wife, Eva Williams; mother, Dorothy Ann Williams; brothers, JD Williams and wife Major, Chad Williams and wife Mikaela; nephew, Landon “Bud” Williams; along with several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Jeff was preceded in death by his father, William Riley Williams Jr.; paternal grandparents, William Riley Williams Sr. and Mary Ethel Williams; and maternal grandparents, Joseph Daniel Crow and Stella Ann Crow.

Jeff’s wife and family would like to express their sincere and heartfelt thanks to the doctors and nurses at Christus Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler, Texas, for the great love and care that they provided during his last days.

Visitation will be at Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home Friday, Dec. 11 from 5-8 p.m. The memorial service will be at the funeral home Saturday, Dec. 12 at 10 a.m. The Rev. Kevin Cain and The Rev. Tommy Lewis will officiate. Interment to follow at Fern Park Cemetery, Natchitoches.  Pallbearers are Andrew Betik, Marc Davis, Kade Davis, Kevin Lewis, Tommy Lewis, Aaron Cain, Brad Walker and Jeff Franks. Honorary pallbearer is Landon Williams.
