Millage, Chester, 24, Campti, violation of a protective order: sentenced to serve 6 months in the parish jail and participate in a court monitored domestic abuse intervention program once released. Stalking: Defendant sentenced to serve 3 years with the La. Department of Corrections (DOC) without the benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence. Court issued a permanent order of protection in favor of the victim. Sentences to run concurrent with credit for time served.
Wilson, Nicole, 37, Coushatta, possession of sch II: sentenced to serve 1 year with La. DOC with credit for time served.
Lewis, Shaundray, 28, Attempted Possession Of Firearm By Convicted Felon: sentenced to serve 6 years with La. DOC to run concurrent to any sentence currently being served. Defendant will receive credit for time served.
Smith, Micheal D., 56, possession of sch. I w/intent: sentenced to serve 5 years with La. DOC, suspended, placed on 3 years supervised probation. Thompson, Dylan Christopher, 25, of Ball, Speeding 30+ MPH and Simple Criminal Damage To Property- Under $1000; Restitution amount is $897. On count 1, Sentenced to serve 6 months in parish jail, suspended and placed on 6 months supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,176.50 in fines and costs. On count 3, sentenced to 30 days in parish jail, suspended and ordered to pay $395 in fines and cost.
