During a recent trip to the City of Light, Shane Hinton of West Monroe proposed to his girlfriend, Laura Acosta Fernandez, under the dazzling Christmas lights in front of Maglieaux’s Riverfront Restaurant on Front Street earlier this month.
Now, Hinton is seeking out a couple who offered to take their photos and has not heard from them. “I saw a very nice couple leaving the restaurant. The man was a older tall white haired man from Jonesvile that played bass guitar. The lady was a blonde haired lady with a small dog dressed in a shirt,” said Hinton.
He made a Facebook post trying to reach out and find the man who took their photos. “We haven’t received them and it’s been a week and I’m worried we will never get those memories back.”
