An emergency resolution adopted during a City Council meeting Sunday outlined limitations and restrictions for use of the City water supply.
They include the following:

•Washing sidewalks, driveways, tennis courts, patios and other paved areas.
•Outdoor use of water-based play apparatus
•Minimum operation efficiency level of two cycles of concentration required for water-cooled space and equipment cooling systems
•Restaurant and other food service establishments advised against serving water provided by the City to customers.
•Operation of outdoor misting systems used to cool public areas
•Filling swimming pools, fountain spas or other outdoor water features
•Washing automobiles, trucks, trailers and other vehicles strongly advised against except at facilities equipped with wash water recirculation systems.
•Industrial clients are urged to scale back production as much as is practical in order to conserve water usage.
