- First Introduction of proposed Ordinances:
- Council to consider Introduction of Ordinance 005-2021 and authorize the Parish President to enter into negotiations of a donation of the Creston Polling Place building to landowner and in exchange for indemnity and hold harmless from any causes of action asserted as a result of the condition or structure of the building.
- Council to consider Introducing Ordinance 006- 2021 revision to the Natchitoches Parish Personnel Manual.
Public Hearings:
- Council to approve Adoption of Ordinance 003-2021 to effect a zoning change from an Industrial- Agriculture (I-A) District to a Business-3 (B-3) District for the purpose of establishing a gym with a restaurant and coffee shop on a 1.350-acre tract of land (parcel # 0050134700A). The property is located in Section 26, T9N, R10W, with a physical address of 10173 Highway 120 in Robeline, as shown on the Survey attached hereto, approved by the Parish Planning Commission on February 1, 2021.
- Council to approve Adoption of Ordinance 004-2021
to effect a zoning change from an Industrial- Agriculture (I-A) District to a Business-3 (B-3) District for the purpose of establishing a convenience store on a 2.51-acre tract of land (parcel # 0040007600A). The property is located in Section 14, T11N, R7W, with a physical address along Highway 9 in Campti, as shown on the Survey attached hereto, approved by the Parish Planning Commission on February 1, 2021.

Action on Proposed Ordinances:

- Council to consider adopting a resolution-018-2021 that the Parish has complied with all requirements of the Federal Off-System Bridge Replacement Program.
- Council to consider approving a resolution-017-2021 to send to the Attorney General for a ruling on the purchase of a Front-End Loader.

- Other Agenda Items:
- Council to award the contract for the replacement of the roof of the front section of the Live-Oak building.
- Council to consider authorizing the Parish President to provide notification to IBTS of an intent to renew or terminate the current agreement for services in regard to being the Parish certify Building Official and the conducting of all required Building Inspections.
- Council to consider accepting the resolution passed and signed by the Town of Campti as an official request for road work to be performed within the incorporated limits of Campti for the time period of January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, and to approve such work to be performed within that time period.
- Council to consider accepting the resolution passed and signed by the Village of Ashland as an official request for road work to be performed within the incorporated limits of Ashland for the time period of January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, and to approve such work to be performed within that time period.
- Council to consider accepting the resolution passed and signed by the Village of Goldonna as an official request for road work to be performed within the incorporated limits of Goldonna for the time period of January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, and to approve such work to be performed within that time period.
- Council to consider accepting the resolution passed and signed by the Village of Natchez as an official request for road work to be performed within the incorporated limits of Natchez for the time period of January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, and to approve such work to be performed within that time period.

- Council to consider accepting the resolution passed and signed by the Village of Provencal as an official request for road work to be performed within the incorporated limits of Provencal for the time period of January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, and to approve such work to be performed within that time period.
