El Nopal Mexican restaurant will move to the building at 115 South Drive that last housed Chicken Express. The building will have more seating and parking. Redolpho Vargas applied in June of 2020 for rezoning from B-3 Commercial to additional B-A to sell beverages of high and low alcoholic content for consumption on premises. Vargas Properties, LLC, applied for a permit Feb. 23 for commercial additions and alterations in the amount of $47,000. The posts seen in the picture are the supports for what will be a pergola.
