For years, the Chamber has recognized the “best” in business at the Annual Awards Banquet. As of 2021, we are excited to announce that our Awards process is getting a refresh and a rebrand. We are proud to present the “Best of Natchitoches” awards, an online campaign championing the achievements of our member businesses.
How Will This Work?
The process for nominating and voting for online awards looks very similar to when we were holding the event in person. We will have nominations, a committee vote for finalists, and then voting, followed by a special Facebook live event where we will announce the winners. When Does It Start?
Online nominations are now open!
Nominations will be open for two weeks. Nominees will then be contacted to submit a write-up, and will be recognized on social media. A cross panel of business professionals will then review the nominees’ submissions, and select the finalists for each category based on specific award criteria. Finalists will then be contacted and announced to the membership and the community via a press release, email to the membership, and social media.
