The Annual Steel Magnolia Run is back and taking it to the streets on Saturday, March 27 at Collins Pavilion on NSU campus. Grab your running shoes for great event benefiting the “Moms & Babies” in the community.
Every year approximately 500 babies are welcomed into the world and the community, by caring and exceptional nurses and physicians. Just as each of these babies will grow, it is vital that NRMC’s technology and equipment continue to advance with improvements in the medical field. The NRMC Foundation’s mission is to ensure the hospital system is equipped to provide healthcare excellence. The “Moms & Babies” campaign is designed to raise funds to purchase the equipment and technology necessary for the staff to continue to provide optimal care for the tiniest patients and moms in the communities.
The event, hosted by the NRMC Foundation, offers a 1-Mile Walk/Run or 5k Walk/Run. For those who would like to support the Foundation but cannot participate, a virtual runner option is set up. All participants will receive a t-shirt and swag bag.
