WILLIAMS, ERIC, plea agreement. Count 1, possession of stolen things, dismissed. Count 2 possession of Sch. II (Cocaine), guilty. The court sentenced Williams to serve 1 year with the La. Dept. of Corrections (DOC). Count 3, possession of Sch. I (Ecstacy) guilty. Sentenced to serve 2 years with the DOC. They are to run consecutively. Court advised that the defendant will receive credit for time served.
MARSHALL, JONTAVIOUS, plea agreement. Count 1 aggravated assault with a firearm, dismissed. Two counts possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. One count dismissed. On the second, the court sentenced defendant to serve 7 years with DOC without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence. Court advised that the defendant will receive credit for time served and will run concurrent to any other sentence currently being served. The court further sentenced defendant to pay a fine of $1,000.
STERLING, KEVIN, plea agreement. Count 1, Possession of Sch. II, and Count 3, possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed. Count 2, Possession of Sch. II (Meth), sentenced to serve 2 years with DOC with credit for time served. Sentence runs concurrent to any other sentence currently being served.
GREENE, DARRAN, possession of Sch. IV. Pleaded guilty and placed on 3 years supervised probation. Ordered to pay $800 fine, $476.50 court costs, $150 crime lab, $100 criminal court fund, $100 DARE program, $500 public defender’s office, $10 to coroner and $2 to Crimestoppers. Total $2,138.50. In addition, defendant pays a monthly probation supervision fee of $60 and $11 monthly to the SOT fund for a total of $71 per month.
SYKES, TRICHETON ALEXAY, plea agreement. Count 1, Possession of Sch. II, dismissed, Count 2, possession of Sch. 1 w/intent, guilty. Count 3, possession of Sch. I, dismissed. Count 4, possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed. Count 5, possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed. The court sentenced defendant to serve 3 years with DOC, suspended. Placed on 3 years supervised probation. Must pay fines and costs (see above) totaling $2,038.50 plus monthly fees (see above) of $71.
