The following cases were heard in 10th Judicial District Court Feb. 18.
•Guilty pleas:
BELL, CHARLES LEROY, 42, simple battery, sentenced to 30 days in the parish jail, suspended, placed on six months supervised probation. Ordered to pay $500 fine, $326.50 court costs, $100 to DARE, $100 to the criminal court fund, $150 to the crime lab, $10 to the coroner and $2 to Crime Stoppers for a total of $1,188.50. Further ordered to pay a $25 per month supervision fee.

BRADEN, JONATHAN McALLISTER, 27, driving under suspension, following too close, sentenced to 15 days in the parish jail, suspended Placed on three months supervised probation. For driving under suspension, ordered to pay $500 fine. For for following too close, ordered to pay $100. In addition, ordered to pay $236.50 court costs and a $25 monthly supervision fee.
HOLDEN SR., ALVIN, simple criminal damage, dismissed. Criminal trespass, sentenced to serve 30 days in parish jail, suspended, placed on six months supervised probation and pay $826.50 in fines and costs and a $25 monthly supervision fee.
NIETTE, KINNY, 26, simple battery, sentenced to serve 30 days in parish jail, suspended, and placed on six months supervised probation, pay $1,188.50 in fines and costs and $25 monthly supervision fee.
PETITE, DAMIEN, attempted possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, domestic abuse battery, sentenced to serve two years with the La. Department of Corrections, to run consecutive to the probation revocation under docket number c24318. Any credit for time served that he would get under this docket number would begin Dec. 15, 2020. For domestic abuse battery, sentenced to six months in the parish jail to run concurrent and any credit for time served would be from the date of his arrest, Oct. 12, 2020.
