The Delta Waterfowl Cane River Chapter would like to congratulate their 2021 scholarship recipients. These students have served their schools and communities, all the while making time for the outdoors. The scholarships are valued at $500.
Abby Williams, daughter of Ramona and Walter, is a senior at St. Mary’s Catholic School. She has been on the Cheerleading squad since 2017 and was named captain for the 2020-21 school year. She is an active member in BETA, FCA, FBLA and several other clubs. She will be attending Northwestern in the fall and will be majoring in Business Management. Just recently, she was selected to be on Northwestern’s Cheer Squad.
Paul Messenger, son of Ashlie and Clay, is a senior at Riverdale Academy. He was a District MVP in football and received All Tournament in basketball and also voted Most School Spirited. He is an active member in the BETA Club and FCA. He plans to attend Northwestern in the fall and Major in Business Administration.
