According to the monthly newsletter by the City of Natchitoches, the City of Natchitoches’ Planning and Zoning Department has issued a permit to Douglas Cook Enterprises on April 20 for an Add and Alter permit of the commercial property located at 320 Keyser Ave., the location of the former Hardee’s, to become a Starbucks Coffee location.
The Hardee’s location has been vacant since August 2019. More information will be released as the project develops.
