PEROT, FREDDY, w/m, third degree rape; sentenced to 12 years with the La. DOC without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence.

HOLLY, MYNECIA SHANTRELL, b/f, theft; Restitution is owed in the amount of $1,403.98. Sent to D.A.’s office to sign up to pay the remainder of restitution. Probation is terminated unsatisfactorily.

HARDWELL, DAVID D., b/m, abuse prevention order;  sentenced to 5 years hard labor with DOC with credit for time served.

FATE VINCENT BUSH

BUSH, FATE VINCENT, b/m, possession of sch II., probation revoked and sentenced to serve original sentence of 2 years with DOC with credit for time served.

May 25

MOODY, OSCAR E., B/M, abuse prevention order, theft; bench warrants issued on both docket numbers. OWENS, JAMES F., w/m, attempted theft; bench warrant issued.

May 26

JEREMY PAUL LEE

LEE, JEREMY PAUL, unknown/m, theft; sentenced to six months in the parish jail, suspended; placed on six months supervised probation and ordered to pay the following to the Sheriff of Natchitoches Parish: $300 fine; $326.50 court costs, $100 to the criminal court fund and $2 to CrimeStoppers and $1,800 in restitution to the district attorney’s office as well as a $25 per month supervision fee.

DAWSON, LIONEL III, theft, simple possession of marijuana; dismissed after completing DA’s pre-trial intervention program.

SEANKALEN CHATMAN

CHATMAN, SEANKALYN, b/m, first-degree murder and 3 counts attempted first-degree murder; dismissed under La. Code of Criminal Procedure, articles 61 and 691.

June 2

OSBORN, KIMBERLY, f, possession of sch. II; parole revoked. Sentenced to three years with DOC with credit for time served.

June 3

ROBERT JONATHAN WHITE

WHITE, ROBERT JONATHAN, w/m, possession of sch. II, obstruction of justice, possession of drug paraphernalia; plea agreement, guilty to possession of sch. II, other charges dismissed. Sentenced to serve 18 months with the DOC with credit for time served.

CHRISTOPHER BROOKS

BROOKS, CHRISTOPHER S., b/m, possession of a firearm by convicted felon; bench warrant issued.

BURTON, JEREMY D., b/m, simple possession of marijuana, driving with cancelled plates, no driver’s license on person; bench warrant issued.

GREENE, DARRAN, plea agreement; guilty to possession of sch. IV; other charges dismissed. The court sentenced the defendant under article 893e. Court deferred any sentence of imprisonment and placed defendant on 3 years supervised probation. The court further sentenced defendant to pay fines and fees totaling $2,138.50 plus $71 monthly to probation and parole.
