Martha Sue Outlaw Dugan passed away peacefully June 14, 2021. She was born April, 26, 1945, in Lilbourn, Mo., to Lee Robinson Outlaw and Margaret Inez Palmer Outlaw.

She was a woman of great faith and she was greatly loved by friends and family.  She was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend.  She resided with her loving husband, William Dugan, in Evelyn.

Martha loved her family, church family and all her friends. She loved being a homemaker, gardening, and spending time with the ones she loved.  She will be dearly missed by everyone who knew her.

She was preceded in death by their infant son, William T. Dugan Jr.; parents, Lee and Inez Outlaw; and a sister, Janet Outlaw.

Martha is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, William Dugan; their son, Michael Dugan and wife Diana of Quitman, Texas; two daughters, Tomye Sue Allen and husband Michael of Cheneyville and Melanie Jasper and husband Jesse of Greenwood; she was blessed with six beautiful grandchildren, Calli Jo, Keith, Will, Katie, Dustin and Jessica; four great-grandchildren; four brothers, Bobby Outlaw and wife Lela of Natchitoches, Bill Outlaw of Pineville, Roger Outlaw and wife Glenna of Alexandria and David Outlaw and wife Denise of Keithville; two sisters, Sandra Young and husband Rex of Coushatta and twin sister, Betty Allen of Natchitoches; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Services will be at Wallace Baptist Church in Pelican at 11 a.m. Friday, June 18 with Bro. Jeff Jinks officiating.  Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. at the church. Interment will follow services at Calvary Baptist Cemetery in Natchitoches under the direction of Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers include Michael Dugan Jr., Wyn Allen, Jonathan Allen, Austin Walsh, Francisco Rico, Roger Outlaw Jr. and Jared Allen.

Honorary pallbearers will be Will Allen and Dustin Dugan.
