Mark was a devoted husband, a caring father, a war hero, a sucker for dogs, a great storyteller, a world traveler, a music fan and loved by many. He was often the smartest and funniest guy in the room. If he messed with you it was because he liked you and if you gave it back to him he liked you even more.
Mark passed away unexpectedly near where he grew up in Fort Myers, Fla., with friends and family nearby.
Stories about him will live on through his contagious laughter usually brought about by something inappropriate.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Vetron, and his son, Matthew.
