NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners for the Natchitoches Parish Communications District will hold a special meeting July 12 at 2 p.m. in Room 116, 911 Public Safety Blvd., Natchitoches. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss a contract extension for Willis Carter to assist the new director in transitioning to the Natchitoches Parish Communications District.
