Mariner’s Restaurant has been honored for its wine program in Wine Spectator’s 2021 Restaurant Awards. The annual program recognizes restaurants around the world as a top destination for wine lovers.

Wine Spectator began its program to recognize the world’s best wine lists in 1981. There are three levels: the Award of Excellence, the Best of Award of Excellence and the Grand Award—with 1,673; 1,141; and 103 winners this year in each respective category.
Mariner’s Restaurant has won the Award of Excellence.The Award of Excellence recognizes restaurants whose wine lists feature a well-chosen assortment of quality producers along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style.
Wine Spectator’s special 40th Anniversary Restaurant Awards issue, which also features tributes to past Restaurant Award winners now closed including 10 Grand Award winners, is available July 13.
