Tracey Samuel Thomisee, 23, of Montgomery passed away Sunday, July 18, 2021.
Born Sunday, Feb. 22, 1998, in Minden, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Gladys Ballard and Muria and
Lanie Thomisee; uncle, Robert Thomisee; aunts, Margia Shelton and
Delia King; and cousin, James Shelton III.
Tracey’s life was centered around his work. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and his family.
Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Brenda Ballard Thomisee; father, Timothy Darrel Thomisee; siblings, Lanie Thomisee, Lee Thomisee (Danielle), Lesley Thomisee (Laura), Stephen Thomisee,
Reuben Thomisee, Lesheka Smith and Jessica O’Banion; as well a huge,
loving extended family.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.mm. Wednesday, July 28 at Montgomery United Pentecostal Church with the Revs. Donald Givens, Lavohn Bass and Thomas Smith officiating. Interment will follow in
Shelton Family Cemetery, Montgomery, under the direction of Southern
Funeral Home, Winnfield.
The family will receive friends at the church Tuesday from 5-10 p.m. and again Wednesday from 9 a.m. until time of
services.
Serving the family as pallbearers will be Lee Thomisee, Lesley Thomisee, Stephen Thomisee, Reuben Thomisee, Chance Scroggins, Joshua Ballard, Rodney Thomisee and Daniel Billiot.
Honorary pallbearers will be John Michael Gilcrease and Art Shelton.
