- Council to consider authorizing the Parish President to sign change order No. 1 for the Resurfacing of Fish Hatchery Road in the amount of $9,400.00 for revisions in the planned drainage structures at several locations within the portion of the project for which roadside ditch profiles have been established to date. The proposed new total amount of theentire project is $2,064,605.78. The allotted contract time for completion of the project will also increase from 150 days to 153 days.
- Council to consider authorizing the Parish President to sign change order No. 2 for the Resurfacing of Fish Hatchery Road in the amount of $48,710.00 to provide for the installation of a new outfall pipe to take runoff from the north/east roadside ditch at Project Station 276+50 and deposit it directly into Cane River Lake. The proposed new total amount of the entire project is $2,113,315.78. The allotted contract time for completion of the project will also increase from 153 days to 161 days.
- Council to consider authorizing the Parish President to sign change order No. 3 for the Resurfacing of Fish Hatchery Road in the amount of $30,980.00 to provide for the installation of a new cross-drain pipe and outfall ditch at Project Station 60+00, as well as to provide for the replacement of existing deteriorated cross-drain pipes at four locations not specified in the project plans. The proposed new total amount of the entire project is $2,144,295.78. The allotted contract time for completion of the project will also increase from 161 days to 167 days.
- Council to consider authorizing the Parish President to sign change order No. 4 for the Resurfacing of Fish Hatchery Road in the amount of $5,400.00 to provide for potholes in the parts of the project where asphalt surfacing exists. The proposed new total amount of the entire project is $2,149,695.78. The allotted contract time for completion of the project will also increase from 167 days to 168 days.
- Council to consider authorizing the Parish President to enter into negotiations for the acquisition of drainage servitudes from owners of private property at the locations of the new outfalls being constructed as part of the Resurfacing of Fish Hatchery Road Project, descriptions of which are outlined in The cost of the surveying, appraisal and purchase of the servitudes in will be funded through the “special projects” line in the budget of the Highway Fund to avoid delaying the project. A budget amendment for the Fish Hatchery Road Fund will be introduced at the next regular council meeting.

- AN ORDINANCE TO AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE BY THE PARISH OF NATCHIOCHES, CERTAIN DRAINAGE SERVITUDES FROM PRIVATE PROPERTY OWNERS AT PROJECT STATIONS 276+50 AND 60+00 OF THE RESURFACING OF FISH HATCHERY ROAD PROJECT AND TO AUTHORIZING THE PARISH PRESIDENT TO SIGN AND EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, UPON THE ADVICE OF THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY.
