Chuck “Buster” Foshee, 46, of the 4300 block of La. Hwy 478, Robeline, was charged Wednesday morning with Probation Violation on an outstanding La. Probation and Parole-Natchitoches District warrant and Possession of CDS Schedule II Methamphetamine. Deputies responded at 11 a.m. July 28 to NATCOM 911 Center reports of a domestic disturbance in the 4300 block of La. Hwy 478 west of Flora involving Foshee and a female acquaintance.
Agents from the Natchitoches Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force (NMJDTF) and Probation & Parole (P&P) also responded to assist. Deputies discovered Foshee hiding in a bedroom of the residence. P&P agents conducted a search of the bedroom and discovered approximately 4 grams of suspected methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and a rifle. The investigation into the owner of the rifle is continuing.
Foshee, who is on probation, remains in the Natchitoches Detention Center.
