Under each count, the defendant is sentenced to serve five years with the DOD, suspended and placed on five years supervised probation. Ordered to pay $2,338.50 in fines and costs. Sentences to run consecutive, probation and fines to run concurrent. All ancillary charges are dismissed.

PRUDHOME, RYAN C., b/m, Campti, count 1, possession sch. I w/intent count 3, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; under ct. 1, sentenced to 10 years with DOC, 8 years suspended, placed on 3 years supervised probation once jail sentence completed. Ordered to pay, once released from 2 year sentence, $1,638.50 in fines and costs. Under ct. 3, sentenced to 7.5 years with DOC, 5.5 years suspended, placed on 3 years supervised probation. Ordered to pay$976.50 in fines and fees. Jail sentence, probation time and fines and cost in ct.3 are to run concurrent with ct. 1.
