Starbucks permit issued

Notable among the building permits issued in September by the City Planning and Zoning Dept.,, were two for new home construction according to the report issued by Director Shontrell Roque.

Carolyn G. Williams and Page Builders LLC obtained a permit to build a single family dwelling at 125 Sutton Dr., with a valuation of $323,000. Rhodes Properties and Development is building a single family residence at 119 Jasmine Circle with a valuation of $302,729. The new home permits were among the 46 issued with a valuation of $1,477,911.

Another major permit was issued to Michael and Marilyn D’Egidio, TOMCO Retail Construction with a valuation of $229,000 to renovate the building at 320 Keyser that will house Starbucks.

Other permits and their valuations were issued to:
