Next week the six semifinalists selected by the Northwestern State University Presidential Search Committee will be on campus to meet with various constituent groups before being interviewed by the Search Committee.
This process is designed to allow you the opportunity to hear from the candidates and ask questions about any areas of interest or concern. This will also provide an opportunity to share feedback with the Search Committee based on the information gathered. A full schedule of the semifinalist interviews is available here. We understand your schedule may not allow you to attend all six constituency meetings. To help you get to know the candidates better, each semifinalist has provided a video introduction available here. Additional information about the search including the candidates’ CVs and letters of interest and an option to provide comments to the Search Committee is available at www.ULSystem.edu/nsusearch.
With a group of such impressive and qualified semifinalists, the Search Committee’s task to choose finalists will not be easy. As you know, this institution is dear to my family and me, and the selection of a new president fills all of us with both excitement and angst. The Search Committee members and I are committed to ensuring Northwestern’s 20th president is an ideal fit to lead this wonderful institution into the next decade.
