The thefts were made when employees would ring up merchandise at the register at prices different from marked prices, by removing tags and leaving the bagged merchandise on the counter for accomplices to take as they exited the business, by simply not ringing up purchases and by leaving merchandise out while leaving the sales floor.
Allen bonded out of jail Jan. 20 on a $5,000 property bond.
The investigation is ongoing and other arrests are pending.
