Edward Eugene Chandler passed away Feb. 9, 2022, in Natchitoches. He was born Feb. 24, 1955, in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, graduated high school from Plain Dealing Academy in 1974 and regularly attended Westside Baptist Church.
He recently retired after 10 years of working for Wal-Mart. He was very passionate about his job and truly enjoyed singing when he greeted the customers.
Services will be Saturday, Feb. 19 at Westside Baptist Church, 6834 Hwy 1 Bypass, Natchitoches. Visitation with the family will be from 10-11 a.m. The service will begin at 11 a.m.
Edward Eugene Chandler is survived by Sally Chandler, his wife of over nine years; his daughters, Aynslee Wilmot and husband Joshua Wilmot, Megan Geimer and husband Jamey Geimer, Victoria Chandler, Evelyn Barker and husband John Barker, and Melanie Hicks and husband Scott Hicks; 10 grandsons; and six granddaughters. He was also blessed with a bonus daughter, Amanda Sapp. His life will be forever cherished by those that survived him.
