March 6
5:18 p.m.: Caller on Rowena Street advised she got into a verbal altercation with another female, who slashed her tire. Est. value $200.
11:21 p.m.: arrest: Deandre Pye was arrested on charge of burglary of an inhabited dwelling and warrants for theft and unlicensed driver and improper lane usage. Taken to NPDC.
March 7
8:07 a.m.: criminal damage to property: Caller stated that between 10 p.m. and time of call, an unknown suspect did damage to the door of a residence totaling $400.
8:21 a.m.: Caller in Wal-Mart parking lot advised a white female was pushing and cursing a juvenile and reported tag number. Officers viewed surveillance. The juvenile fell out of the basket, and upon the mother assisting the juvenile up, the child fell again.
11:44 a.m.: arrest: Caller requested a female be removed from his residence on Anita Street. Dextalitria Hymes, b/f, 24, had an outstanding warrant through the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office. Transported to NPDC to hold for extradition.
4:55 p.m.: juvenile complaint: Caller on Amulet Street stated his juvenile granddaughter was swinging on the door of his refrigerator. Caller advised of proper steps to take.
7:35 p.m.: Complaint: Subject with a bench warrant on him was identified at Bingo Paradise on Keyser Ave. Ashante Thomas, b/f, 20, was arrested on a bench warrant for simple assault and released on own recognizance, $50 warrant fee and $15 bond fee.
7:38 p.m.: criminal damage to property: Natchitoches Thomas Apartments, caller stated a juvenile broke a window out
March 8
5:52 p.m.: Report made of simple rape
8:07 p.m.: Drug law violation: Traffic stop at 605 Keyser Ave. resulted in arrest of Victor McNeal, b/m, 24. He is charged with possession of sch. II, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal carrying of weapon in presence of CDS, bench warrant for unlicensed driver, bench warrant for illegal carrying of a weapon, bench warrant for no seat belt and no insurance. McNeal transported to NPDC. Also arrested Marquis King, b/m, 23, charged with possession of sch.. I marijuana w/intent, possession of sch. II, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal carrying of a weapon in presence of CDS and possession of firearm by convicted felon. King was transported to NPDC.
9:05 p.m.: criminal damage to property: Officer requested to Exxon, 917 Keyser Ave., in reference to Jarius Thomas damaging the front door. Thomas was arrested at Melrose Apartments charged with simple criminal damage to property.
March 9
4 a.m.: criminal damage to property: Quality Inn, University Parkway, 911 call, Guest was trying to kick the door in to another guest. Witness stated that prior to him calling, Terrance Brossett attempted to kick the door in to Room 110 causing $500 in damages. Brossett charged with simple criminal damage to property.
