NASH, ALEXIS LYMAN, b/m, possession of sch. II w/intent, guilty plea. John Bokenfohr, appointed counsel for defendant, ADA Bray Williams for the State. Sentenced to five years with Dept. of Corrections (DOC), suspended and placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to pay fines and costs.
•On charges of reckless operation (amended from DWI-1st offense), guilty plea, sentenced to 6 months in parish jail, suspended and placed on 6 months probation. •On charges of simple battery, guilty plea, sentenced to 6 months in parish jail, suspended and placed on 6 months probation.
MORROW, ERIC DEMOINE, b/m, domestic abuse by strangulation, guilty plea. Sentenced to two years DOC. Credit for time served. D. Michael Hayes and James Calhoun, retained counsel for defendant, ADA Bray Williams for the State.
•On charges of aggravated flight from an officer, amended to flight from an officer, guilty plea. Sentenced to 6 months in parish jail. Charges of obstruction of justice, sale, distribution or possession of legend drug, two counts, dismissed. Sentences to run consecutive.
BURR, SANTAURUS K., b/m, obstruction of justice, guilty plea. Sentenced to 5 years DOC, suspended and placed on 3 years probation. Charges of possession/introduce contraband in a correctional institution (2 counts) and possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed.
