March 24
2:16 a.m.: Officers called to Willow Bend Apartments in reference to an altercation between man and his girlfriend. Caller stated his girlfriend, Carmesia Russell, attempted to stab him with a screwdriver. Russell was arrested and charged with domestic abuse.

•March 23
5:28 p.m.: Cruelty to animals: Concerned citizen reported a person hitting a dog at a residence on Texas Street. Officer observed the dog and it appears to be fine. Caller advised it is an ongoing issue.
6:21 p.m.: carnal knowledge: Officer spoke with subjects in reference to carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
•March 22
2:40 p.m.: fight: Caller reported a fight in parking lot of CitiTrends on Keyser Ave. Altercation was between a brother and sister.
3:09 p.m.: Caller on Collins Street reported someone was living on their property.
5:46 p.m.: Caller at White Columns Apartments on Woodyard Drive stated that on March 20 at 7:45 p.m. juveniles stole a fire extinguisher and sprayed several vehicles. While there another complainant reported to the officer that an unknown subject did damage to a card reader in the wash room at Lakeview Drive valued at $2,000.
7:18 p.m.: criminal damage to property: Caller on Welch Street reported someone was possibly shooting their window with a BB gun. Officer was advised it sounded like someone threw a rock at her trailer and did damage to a window. Approximate total value is $400.
