•March 27
11:21 a.m.: monetary instrument abuse: Caller at Murphy Oil on Keyser Ave. reported getting a fake bill. An older b/f in a silver Nissan Rogue attempted to buy various items and gas. Advised she immediately drove off when they refused to accept the counterfeit $100 bill. Officer in possession of bill.
•March 29
9:11 a.m.: criminal damage to property: Caller at Raggio’s Tire on College Avenue
7:34 p.m.: Caller reported she was with her daughter’s vehicle on Washington Street that had been wrecked and left there by Calvin Jackson. Charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle.
7:08 p.m.: illegal use of a weapon/aggravated battery shooting: College Manor Apartments, victim, b/m, 26, was airlifted.
9:30 a.m.: damage to vehicle: Caller advised around 9 a.m. an unknown male subject punctured the right rear tire on a vehicle. $170 value.
11:49 a.m.: criminal damage to property: OWE Ministry on South Drive, Caller advised prior to calling he noticed the front window damaged. $500-1,000 value.
1:41 p.m.: criminal damage to property: Melrose Apartments, Property manager called in reference to a female subject damaging a vehicle. Female banned from the apartments.
2:29 p.m.: simple assault/theft: Walmart, Caller advised two subjects, Kiarra Moore/Dedrick Moore came in to take merchandise, when they tried to stop them a verbal altercation broke out and one subject threatened to use a weapon. Subjects gone upon officer’s arrival.
•March 30
11:24 a.m.: criminal damage to property: Complainant advised sometime between March 27 and 8 p.m. March 29 the windows on his property on Washington Street were damaged. Value $1,800.
10:48 p.m.: drunk: Firal Lee McKinney attempted to speak with a female in custody. He was advised to cease his actions but refused due to being under the influence. McKinney was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace by public drunkenness and simple kidnapping
