NPD THEFT REPORT – April 17-19


April 19
11:54 a.m.: theft: Complainant on Sibley Street called from his workplace to report a stolen gun, a 1911 Colt 45, from his home.
2:47 p.m.: theft: Complainant on Williams Ave. referenced a theft. He was advised the proper steps to get an affidavit of forgery.
6:32 p.m.: theft interior vehicle: Complainant advised he parked his truck at the Washington Street boat launch April 17 and he noticed his weapon was gone shortly after.
April 18
11:48 a.m.: simple burglary: Keyser Ave. Storage called in reference to a tenant’s unit being broken into. Victim was contacted and stated between April 4 and April 18 an unknown subject(s) gained entry into the unit and removed $3,520 worth of merchandise.
5:38: theft: Caller on Highland Park Drive reported her air conditioner was stolen. She then stated nothing was missing. Her a/c just fell out of the window.
April 17
11:31 a.m.: theft interior of vehicle: Complainant advised between 1 and 11 a.m. someone gained entry into her vehicle on Hancock Street through an unlocked door taking $1,100 worth of products.
11:52 a.m.: auto theft: Caller at Thomas Apartments advised a juvenile stole her vehicle. Complainant advised between 10-11:30 a.m. her vehicle was taken by a juvenile female and returned later by a juvenile male.
