Real estate broker Kathy Richmond hosted a grand opening of her new Re/Max office May 26. While the branch may be new, clients will find Richmond and her staff are experienced in the art of matching homes with their perfect owners. Richmond has seven years of experience, has been operating in Natchitoches under the Re/Max brand for months in a soft opening, and trained with the company in Shreveport for nearly a year prior to opening a branch of her own. She describes the opportunity Re/Max brings to Natchitoches. “It’s not anything different for Re/Max it’s just bringing that company here, and the reach and the technology and services, the support,” she says. ”They’re the number one real estate company in the world for a reason.” Richmond’s husband John described the change he has seen “Kathy had gone with Re/Max and been with them two or three weeks, and she’s getting calls from people in Michigan and Wisconsin,” he says. “I was truly amazed at that referral system.”
