10. OLD BUSINESS:

A. Council approves the override of the Parish President veto on the Adoption of Ordinance 009-2022 to remove section 1.11 The Recording Policy from the Natchitoches Parish Personnel Manual.

NEW BUSINESS:

11. First Introduction of proposed Ordinances:

A. Council to Introduce Ordinance 012-2022 to remove 350 feet from the back of the road out of the Parish Road system on Sparks Road, Road #625. Total of 4523 feet of road.

B. Council to Introduce Ordinance 013-2022 to remove Berney Hays Road from the Parish Road System. Road number 931. A total of 1478 feet, in District 5.

C. Council to Introduce Ordinance 014-2022 to remove Felise LaCaze Road from the Parish Road System. Road number is 751. A total of 1285 feet, in District 5.

D. Council to Introduce Ordinance 016-2022 to affect a zoning change from an Industrial-Agriculture (I-A) District to a Business- 3 (B-3) District for the purpose of a food truck and commissary/cafe on a 1.31-acre tract that is being divided from an approximately 3.05-acre parent tract (parcel # 0100024630C). The property is located in Section 54, Township 6 North, Range 5 West with a physical address of 1515 HWY 490, Cloutierville, LA 71416, as shown on the Survey attached hereto, approved by the Parish Planning Commission on June 6, 2022.

Council to Adopt Ordinance 010-2022 to affect a zoning change from an Industrial-Agriculture(I-A) District to an Industry-2 (I-2) District for the purpose of a compressor station on a 10-acre tract that is being divided from an approximately 485-acreparent tract (parcel #0090053513). The property is located in Section 72, Township 7 North, Range 6 West with no physical address, as shown on the Survey attached hereto, approved by the Parish Planning Commission on May 2, 2022.

B. Council to Adopt Ordinance 011-2022 to affect a zoning change from an Industrial-Agriculture (I-A) District to an Industry- Agriculture (I-A) District special exception for the purpose of an interconnecting pipeline servitude between existing pipeline and proposed compressor station (parcel #0090053513). The property is located in Section 72, Township 7 North, Range 6 West with no physical address, as shown on the Survey attached hereto, approved by the Parish Planning Commission on May 2, 2022.

Resolutions:

A. Council to adopt the millage rate(s).

12. Other Agenda Items:

A. Council to adopt a resolution authorizing the issuance of the attached Certificate of Substantial Completion for this project of the resurfacing of the Fish Hatchery Road.

B. Council to consider authorizing the Parish President to distribute a request for proposals/qualifications for engineering services related to providing updated load ratings for specified bridges in the Parish System.

C. Council to consider authorizing the Parish President to advertise for bids for the Resurfacing of Hart and Harmony Road, upon completion of the plans, specifications, and bid package for this project.

D. Council to authorize the increase in per diem from $60.00 to $100.00 per meeting for Waterworks District 2 Board of Commissioners.

E. Council to discuss and vote to add the Past Council Chairmans pictures to the Picture Board in the Council Boardroom.

F. Council to award bids for culverts for the Highway Department.
