Service organizations in the city of Natchitoches banded together to ensure elementary school children in the parish have the school supplies they need to thrive. The Kiwanis Club, A+ Coalition, Rotary Club and Lion’s Clubs put together a school supply registry on Amazon for community members to purchase supplies and had them sent directly to the Natchitoches Parish Library where club members met Thursday, Aug. 11 to organize them. The supplies will be delivered to all nine elementary schools in Natchitoches Parish.
