Gale loved a life of rodeo, dancing and good times. She loved her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Gale passed away on Dec. 10, 2022, at Forest Haven Nursing Home in Jonesboro after a lengthy illness.
She is survived by her son Heath Norred (Michelle) of Eros, daughter Seantel Price (Kenny) of Saline, seven grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Also surviving are sisters Martha Fox of New Jersey, Linda Hilton, Ramona Hoogevenn and brother Tildren LeVasseur (Pat), all of Houston, Texas and sister-in-law Polly LeVasseur of Natchitoches and nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by parents S.C. and Mattie LeVasseur, and brothers Sylvian LeVasseur and Mark LeVasseur.
A Memorial Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 21 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church on Fifth St. in Natchitoches, followed by burial at Clear Lake Cemetery in Goldonna, La. A Celebration of Life with fellowship takes place at Pace Community Fellowship afterward.
