Number of manufactured homes in parish continues to rise

The number of residential manufactured homes continue to increase in the parish.  Six people applied for permits to locate the manufactured homes according to the December report issued by Interim Planning and Zoning Administrative Assistant Melonia McDaniel. They were among the 23 permits with a valuation of $866,630.

Those permits were issued to:

  • James Conant, 704 Hwy. 484, no valuation
  • Gary Adams, 172 Jim Bell Road #60 and #62, no valuation
  • Bear Creek/Modular, Renee Pulley, 344 Post Mill Road, $167,332
  • Bolton Manufactured Homes Inc., Stephen Gregory, 146 Hwy. 1227, $250,374
  • Jacob-Ashton Luttgeharm, 4182 University Parkway #2, no valuation
  • Tim Lyddy, 134 Chester Boswell Road, $27,000

There were two new residential new construction permits issued

  • Rhodes Properties, 185 Cunningham Camp Road, no valuation and

121 Eastin Circle, Lot 12, $269,359
