Retired Honorable 10th Judicial District Judge W. Peyton Cunningham Jr. passed away Thursday morning, Feb. 23, 2023 following a brief illness in Natchitoches Regional Medical Center. Judge Cunningham served honorably as 10th Judicial District Judge from 1972 until his retirement in 1996. He also continued to serve as Judge Pro Term in several parishes. Funeral arrangements are pending.
