SMH Lady Tigers fall to Many

The St. Mary’s Lady Tigers faced 2A school Many in a nondistrict matchup Monday night. The Lady Tigers were 14-8 overall and Many was 9-13. However, Many was a powerful force on the hardwood, keeping St. Mary’s on their toes with their quick responses and offensive attacks. In the first quarter, Many put up 20 points and held St. Mary’s to seven. In the second, St. Mary’s began to adjust to Many with both sides putting away 13 points. In the second half, Many continued their forward assault with 12 points in the third and 13 in the fourth. St. Mary’s were held to only four points in the third and six in the final quarter.
