The City of Natchitoches Planning and Zoning Department issued 39 building permits with a valuation of $3,490,048 during September according to the report issued by Director Roque.
There were several major commercial permits issued and one new home start with a valuation of $600,000. That permit was issued to Tony Saba at 1517 Williams.
