Some two dozen entrants rolled Saturday from the Natchitoches Parish courthouse to the park at Trudeau St. in the “Community Culture Parade,” a celebration of the African American culture. Latorria Freeman served as Grand Marshal. The City Marshal’s Office served up hot dogs with all the fixings, and the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office volunteered to serve the food.
