A fugitive wanted by the United States Marshals Service was captured Aug. 24 in Campti according to Natchitoches Parish Sheriff Stuart Wright.
Deputies were on Crossing Road near Campti.
They came in contact with a male identified as Billy D. Adams, 42, who is originally from the Campti area.
