Following an investigation into fires set behind two businesses in Natchitoches, State Fire Marshal (SFM) investigators arrested Seth Leach, 20, of Natchitoches, on Sept. 14, and charged him with two counts of Aggravated Arson.
On Sept 6, the Natchitoches Parish Fire Department responded to fires in the 300 block of South Drive in Natchitoches and requested assistance from the SFM.
