The Natchitoches Police Department is investigating a fatal hit and run crash that occurred early Monday morning on South Drive.
On Sept. 2 around 4:02 a.m., NPD officers were dispatched to the 300 block of South Drive near Parkway Drive in reference to a fatal hit and run motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian.
