Homicide case ends with man’s guilty plea

District Attorney Billy Joe Harrington announced the guilty plea and sentencing in a homicide case.

Kendrick Cox, 33, of Natchitoches, pleaded guilty and was sentenced for first degree murder relating to robbery and stabbing of a victim in 2022.

According to NPSO Detective Jared Kilpatrick who investigated the case, evidence revealed Cox robbed and stabbed the victim to death.
