The Natchitoches Police Department (NPD) has arrested Zachary Shuler 18, of Marksville for five counts of Attempted Second Degree Murder following a May 1 altercation at Whataburger on University Parkway. Shuler turned himself into the NPD on May 12 around 3:15 p.m. He was placed in the LaSalle Corrections /Natchitoches Detention Center.
