In addition to Natchitoches Parish, District 7 of the Louisiana Association of School Superintendents encompasses Bienville, Bossier, Caddo, Claiborne, Desoto, Red River, Sabine and Webster parishes. Dr. Eloi began his tenure in Natchitoches Parish in April 2020.
