This is the “Pounce” that Taylor Reed cooked. Pounce is the belly of a pig stuffed with a sausage mixture, then cooked and turned in a small amount of liquid until the inside is cooked done leaving a thin gravy.
Before we began the song service, Frank Sims (Christian Flag) and Malcolm Durr (American Flag) walked in holding the flags.
